To pay for a product, you will require an “Invoice” from us. As soon as purchase conditions (CIF/FOB/ inspection/etc.), including price are agreed, we will issue you an invoice for the related product based on agreed terms. In the invoice, all details related to payment, including purchase conditions, payment destination bank account, deadlines, method of payment, etc. will be mentioned.

If you make payment by bank transfer, please go to your preferred bank with the invoice and make payment as per the invoice.

Please note that sharing the T/T copy (Payment Receipt from your bank) as soon as possible is important to ensure your purchase.

If you make payment by credit card or Paypal: we will issue Paypal invoice sending directly to your email, you just need to fill in your Paypal account or credit card details following Paypal instruction to make payment. Please note that, Paypal will charge you 7% of the total amount.

For Buyers, ASAWA KOUEKI acts as a representative in Japan and deals with suppliers in Japan, without any additional fee. ASAWA KOUEKI makes sure that a purchased product is shipped properly. In case your money is received but the product does not get shipped for some unavoidable reason, we will send you back 100% of the USD amount received from you, and we will bear the bank cost.

We accept the following methods:

Paypal and Credit card payment via Paypal

All payments must be made within the payment deadline.

All bank charges, including intermediary bank fee must be paid by the buyer. Payment must be made in the same currency as the INVOICE.

Currently we DO NOT accept L/C (Letter of Credit) payment. We might do in near future. Please stay in touch.

If we do not receive a TT copy within 48 hours or if we do not get a money receipt confirmation from our bank within 120 hours, the related product will be available for others to buy.

If the money arrives at our bank after the payment deadline, one of the following will happen:

A. If the product is still available (not sold or reserved), we will accept your payment, send you a “payment confirmation” and start shipping process to the mentioned port.

B. If the product has been reserved or sold, you may choose from the following options:

B-1: If the product is reserved, wait for the status of the product changing to either "Available" or "Sold".

B-2: If the product is sold, find a similar, available product and use the money you have sent to buy the available product. In such case, we can start the shipping process right away & you will receive the car faster. (Suggested)

B-3: If no alternative is found, get the money returned to your bank, at you bank transfer cost. In such cases, we will charge US $200 as handling fee.

Yes we do. We hold the car for 120 hours in total, if we receive the TT copy in time. As it takes few days for your money to reach our bank, we suggest you to pay as soon as you receive the invoice.

We are sorry that we cannot help you directly on this. If you could find that person and make him send the money to our account within the deadline, we will accept it as your money and start shipment process of your purchased product.

There is no extra charge than the CIF price, from our side. If you request some inspection, it will be added to the CIF price. The price (including inspection, if required) mentioned in the invoice, is the total cost of your selected product up to local port.

Noted that “Import tax” of the car in your importing country is not included in CIF or C&F price. You need to pay for the Import tax of a car once the car reaches your port. If you want to know about the import tax of a car, ask any C&F agent in your area or selected port.

The bank account details to make a payment is mentioned in the invoice. If you do not have an invoice yet, please us know asap so that we can issue an invoice for you.

The buyer is responsible for paying the bank transfer fee. Only when we cancel a deal for reason on our side, we pay the bank transfer fee to return you 100% of your money.

Generally, we do business in USD & JPY. As you are required to make a payment according to the invoice we issue you, if you want to do business in a currency other than the mentioned, please consult with us.

Currently we only accept 100% payment TT (Telegraphic Transfer) before shipment.

In this process you will pay the total amount via any bank you prefer.

After the payment, you will send us the TT copy and we will start the shipment process.

We will send you all documents by DHL & within 35-45 days, you will receive the car.

Your payment will be secured by ASAWA KOUEKI by our Buyer Protection service.

We will hold your payment until we confirm that the right car is sent to you by the supplier.

If by any chance the car cannot be shipped to you, we will refund 100% of your payment back to you.

Basically our transactions are dealt on a No claim No return basis.

ASAWA KOUEKI presents information about the condition and function of vehicle(s) accurately, to the best of its ability and knowledge. By purchasing vehicle(s) from ASAWA KOUEKI, the Buyer understands and agrees that the vehicle(s) might be an USED one, the conditions are described as honestly as possible, and vehicle(s) are not guaranteed to be same as the image the Buyer might have about the vehicle(s). The Buyer cannot put forth a claim on the vehicle(s) condition upon delivery.
