2. Send inquiry and provide us your Consignee and Notify Party information (Full name, address, Tel number) to get an Invoice for that product. In the invoice, all details related to payment, including purchase conditions, payment destination bank account, deadlines, method of payment, etc. are mentioned.

3. Bring the invoice to your preferred bank and make the payment as per the invoice and share the T/T copy within 48 hours since the invoice was issued to secure your purchase.

4. Receive Purchase Confirmation, shipping & other details from ASAWA KOUEKI.

5. Receive BL and other standard documents after shipment of the related product.

6. After the product reaches your port, receive your product. The time to receive the car will depend on the time you make payment and your final destination. Besides, at your port, you will need to pay clearing customs fee to your clearing agent and duty and Tax to your government. The amount of these fees will depend on the exact model, year, engine size, dimension of the car. We need the exact car to give you an estimated amount that you need to pay. We also suggest you contact with clearing agent in your country to have the detailed amount of the customs clearance fee and duty VAT fee.

As long as you meet your payment deadline (48 hours for T/T copy & 120 hours for payment confirmation at our bank; from the time the invoice is issued), the product is reserved for you.

Depending on the stage of your transaction, cancellation rules will vary. Please check the cancellation rules below:

1. Before you send money, you may cancel anytime without cost. Please notify us as soon as possible, in such case.

2. After we have received your sent amount, we will charge 50% of the invoice amount or US$2000, whichever is higher, as a cancellation fee. In such case, we will send the refund amount to you, after deducting the charges, at your bank cost.

3. After we have shared the shipping schedule with you, we do not accept any order cancellation, hence no refund will be available.

4. In case that ASAWA KOUEKI is unable to process the exporting/delivery procedures due to buyer's inability to provide accurate & required information for paperwork within 30 days from the payment confirmation date, the deal is considered as cancellation from buyer side and buyer will be charged according to the terms & conditions.

You and the seller of the product are two parties of the purchase contract. Generally, Car From ASAWA is not the seller. ASAWA KOUEKI is your representative, who makes sure that every deal is fair & safe.

You can log in to your account in ASAWA KOUEKI and you can track the shipment progress by each step in the system. If you need something in particular that is not shown, feel free to contact us via the “Inquiry Thread” of the related product.

Yes, you can. Even if a car is not available in ASAWA KOUEKI, you can get any car you want through the following process:

1. Send us an “INQUIRY” request via our “INQUIRY” section, with necessary details.

2. We will send you purchase price of the requested car. If you agree, will issue an invoice to you.

3. You should make a payment following the terms and conditions of the Invoice.

4. After confirming the payment, we will arrange and ship the car to your indicated destination.

To keep the product price as low as possible, we have decided not to provide this service. If the available pictures are very few or very bad, you may ask for additional pictures. Please note that, even with our best intention & cooperation, we might not be able to comply.

Please understand that, our products are scattered all over Japan. For each product at our website, we go through pre-decided standard procedures, including taking necessary pictures. Taking pictures more than once will increase cost of our operation, significantly. Hence, to provide you the cars at lowest possible price, we have decided not to provide additional pictures.

We do not guarantee, but the car might come with a spare key. If there is a spare key available, we will surely send you. You may request to have one more spare key with extra charges.

We apologize but we have decided NOT to provide such service for website listed cars. One of the reason is that, it is about 30% or more expensive to install such things in Japan than doing it in your country.
